So, the goal of this post is to share with your my 3 best planners for entrepreneurs that’ll make you more organised, more productive and help you achieve your financial goals.

1: “CREATE” Blog and Editorial Planner

"CREATE" Blog and Editorial Planner Review

Pick this planner if: You’re a blogger and solopreneur looking for a planner dedicated to helping you organise your blogging strategy, create intentional content, “smash through your blogging goals”, and effectively get more done.

Price: £13.66

Overview

This planner was created by Meera Kothand with the intention to help bloggers “Create Exceptional Content, Get More Done and Smash Through Your Blogging Goals”.

The content within this planner is designed to help you achieve your blogging and business goals, and everything in the planner is definitely geared towards that purpose.

I feel this is one of the best planners for entrepreneurs because it isn’t just a place for you to jot down your goals, or make a daily to-do list. It’s an opportunity to outline real actions to successfully grow your blog and business.

With this planner, you get to:

  • Plan your year ahead with any major dates and/or projects
  • Set quarterly goals and view your month and quarter at a glance
  • Organise your finances by outlining your blog/business expenses for the year and coming up with revenue goals.
  • Create content with an end goala purpose. This planner prompts you to come up with content ideas that have a purpose and to also incorporate a content upgrade.
  • Review your months to track the figures that matter most for your blog, and give you an insight into your audience.
  • Then you get to review your quarter, with question prompts to really help you analyse your current strategy and look at what you can do to change/adapt.

So, if you’re ready to ditch the “shiny objects” and see real growth, then this planner is for you.

Pros:

  • Dedicated To Bloggers And Solopreneurs – I really like that this planner is specifically geared towards bloggers and solopreneurs. So it means that the content and the tasks are focused on helping you grow your blog and brand.

  • Lots Of Space To Make Notes – There’s a lot of space available to add notes and complete the tasks within the workbook

  • Downloadable Bonuses – Meera has included some bonus material which can be downloaded and printed off. The bonuses include checklists which are geared towards identifying your blogging stage and going through the steps to move through each stage. As well as some additional free courses you can take to complement the tasks outlined in the planner.

  • Can Start Using From Any Date – The planner isn’t dated, so essentially you can start using this planner from any date/month.

  • Not Just A Place To List Your Goals – There is honestly so much value in this planner, and it’s clearly not a place where you just list your goals or a daily to-do list. It’s a place to track your growth and review your current strategy so you can implement changes to improve it.

  • Inexpensive – For the amount of value you get out of this planner I think it’s very inexpensive and worth the investment.

  • The Perfect Accompaniment To “The One Hour Content Plan” – This planner perfectly accompanies Meera’s book “The One Hour Content Plan”. This book is a great resource for anyone wanting to create the type of content which speaks to their audience and nurtures them. It’s also available to purchase on Amazon (Note: If you have Amazon Kindle Unlimited subscription you can get this book for less than £3)

  • 5 Star Reviews – If you take a look at Amazon you’ll see that this planner has nothing but 5-star reviews, and as a user of this planner, I totally agree with this rating!

Cons:

  • Only Available As Paperback – So if you’re looking for a digital planner, then this won’t suit you. But as it requires a lot of writing, then it makes sense to have it in Paperback format.

  • A4 size – The planner is approximately the same height as A4 paper, so this may be too big if you are hoping to have a planner which is more portable. However, the planner is quite similar to a workbook, and in that regards, the A4 size is appropriate for working through it.

Price: £13.66 (Buy From Amazon)

2: “Livvit” Planner

LIVVIT Planner Review

Pick this planner if: You’re looking for a planner that’ll not only allow you to outline your goals for 2018 and make you more organised but will also inspire and empower you, as well as make you much more productive.

Price: £25.95

==> Click Here To Buy “LIVVIT Planner” From Amazon <==

Overview

This diary sized planner is the perfect companion to help you reach your goals for 2018. The focus of this planner is to inspire you to be more productive.

It’s much more than a normal diary as it features weekly and monthly review layouts to encourage you to take on certain actions, such as developing a weekly morning routine, and self-reflection.

With this planner, you can also expect quick tip guides to help you push through obstacles such as:

  • How to Beat Procrastination
  • How to Take the First Steps in Anything
  • How to Build Confidence

These are definitely some of the obstacles I personally need to work though, so it’s nice to have these quick tips to help me begin tackling them.

Pros:

  • Portable – This planner is A5 size so it’s great for having with you on the go. There’s an elastic strap as well to keep it all in place

  • Inspiring Stories – One of my favourite things about this planner is the inclusion of inspiring stories. I’ve found them to be a much-needed motivation boost to continue working on my goals, and ultimately get through the year more productively.

  • Motivational Quotes Every Week – With each week in the planner comes a new motivational quote. Another way drive you closer to your goals.

  • A Chance to Review Each Week – At the end of each week is the opportunity to share the things that worked well and the things that didn’t. And to assess whether you’re progressing towards your monthly goals.

  • Dedicated Plan for Each Month – With this planner, you have the chance to not only review the entire month but to also plan the next month ahead.

  • Monthly Challenges – One unique feature of this planner is the incorporation of monthly challenges to help you out in daily life. Ranging from self-improvement to saving money, and from fitness to taking on a new hobby.

  • Instructions on How to Use the Planner – I really like that there are some instructions to help you make full use of the planner and how to use it effectively.

Cons

  • Not a Lot of Writing Space – Due to the smaller size of this planner, there’s less writing space available. So you don’t have much opportunity to brainstorm and write a lot. But in some ways, I think this could a good way to encourage you to keep things more simple and straight to the point. However, if need be, there are some blank pages at the back of the planner which can be used for notetaking.

  • Dated from January to December 2018 – This planner is completely dated for the whole of 2018. For me this works, as I’ll be using it alongside my CREATE planner, so it helps to have one that is dated. So I’d recommend getting this planner early on, at least in the first quarter of 2018.

Price: £25.95 (Buy From Amazon)

3: “Slay Your Goals” Planner

Pick this planner if:  You’re not too sure what your goal is yet, but you know you’re looking for an in-depth planner that’ll not only help you achieve yearly and monthly goals, but to also focus on your daily goals/to-dos, in different areas of your life.

Price: $27

==> Click Here To Purchase The “Slay Your Goals Planner” <==

Overview

This in-depth planner was created by one of my blogging friend Nadalie Bardo. She is definitely the go-to gal when it comes to bettering yourself and “slaying your goals!”.

This planner is one of the best planners for entrepreneurs I’ve come across online and it’s definitely worth the money.

It provides the means to really dig deep into your goals and set actionable steps and tasks to totally “slay” them. With the aid of mind-maps, worksheets, calendars and trackers, this is truly a one of a kind planner that goes beyond just setting an average list of goals.

Included in this planner is:

  • Multiple templates for your yearly, monthly and daily goals
  • Mind-maps, Life Grids and Intention Prisms to really help you brainstorm your goals and intentions.
  • Motivational quotes for when you need them the most
  • Guided prompts and examples
  • …and much more

Even if you don’t know what your goals are yet, the start of this planner is geared toward setting your intention and choosing an area of your life to focus on.

Slay Your Goals Planner Contents

Pros

  • Value For Money – This planner truly is great value for money in my opinion. You can print out some of the templates multiple times and use them as often as you want.

  • Lifetime Planner – Once you’ve purchased this planner, it’s yours to keep. So you can print it out as many times as you like. Although there are one or two calendars dated for 2018, most of the templates allow you to write your own dates. So there’s no expiry on this planner.

  • Multiple Template Options – One of my favourite things about this panner is that there are multiple template options for yearly, monthly and daily goals. This means you can choose the template which suits you best and print it as many times as you need to. Thereby allowing you to tailor the planner to your preferences.

  • Unique Design – You won’t find this design anywhere else. It’s completely unique to Nadalie

  • Motivational Quotes – I love that there are so many motivational quotes throughout this planner, for when you need them most.

  • Guided Prompts and Examples – You’ll find examples and prompts to help you fill out the different tasks within the workbook, so you’re not left feeling stuck.

  • Can Be Used For Any Aspect Of Your Life – This planner isn’t just for one purpose, you can use it to tackle goals in any aspect of your life. Such as fitness, relationships, education and finances.

Cons:

  • Only available as digital copy – If you’re looking to get a paperback/hardback planner, then this will not be the most suitable option for you. However, this planner is printable, and you can always bind it and make it more personal. (Search “DIY Spiral Planner” on Youtube and you’ll find lots of tutorial videos to do this)

Price: $27 (Purchase securely through Nadalie’s website)

5 Things I Learnt About Blogging and Making Money Online in 2017 + My Goals For 2018

I’m going to be very open and honest in this post, and share with you the things I learnt about blogging and making money online in 2017.

It’s not been the easiest year for me, due to personal reasons, but overall it’s been a massive learning experience. Along with that, this year has also been a learning experience in regards to blogging and using that platform to make money online.

So, I want to openly share with you what I’ve learnt and also the goals I have for the coming year.

I believe that setting goals and having them written down makes you more likely to achieve them. And I feel sharing them with you will make me more accountable and more willing to accomplish them.

2 Things I Learnt About Making Money Online in 2017

There are NO Shortcuts

To be honest, I always knew this was the case, but for some reason, I’ve still always been drawn to quick fixes.

For years, I’ve been trying to find shortcuts to success, trying to find the next product that’ll help me make more money online. But over the course of this year, it’s hit home more than ever, that there really are no shortcuts.

Making money online is the same as an offline job. You have to work hard if you want to be successful. Any results/income I get now has been from 2-3 years of study and hard work. However, there were times when I “gave up” because I didn’t get the results I wanted in a shorter space of time.

But coming to the end of this year has put it all into perspective, and I’ve come to terms with the fact that I can’t take shortcuts if I truly want to be successful online.

Simplicity

It probably sounds cliche, but Simplicity really is key. I spent too much time overcomplicating my income goals. The saying “Less is more” is very true in this situation.

I learnt that spreading myself to so many different opportunities at the same time was actually stunting my growth in any them.

3 Things I Learnt About Blogging In 2017

“Less is More”

I’m so used to trying to be on all platforms at once, learning how to promote on all social media, forums etc, but that wasn’t helpful for me. Instead of growing and building, I would get overwhelmed and left with feelings of inadequacy and doubt.

Similar to the lesson above, towards the end of this year I came to the realisation that I needed to do less in order to get more results.

For example, focusing on one social platform at a time, rather than trying to grow all at the same time, and by doing this I allow myself the chance to become a master of it.

You Don’t Have To Be Perfect

I definitely don’t claim to be perfect, but the way I work on my blogs and content, I feel like I have to be perfect in order to be successful.

Thankfully, these last few months have really helped me learn that I’m not going to please everyone. There will be people that will not like my posts or want to subscribe to my newsletter.

But that’s ok…because I don’t need to please everyone. My content is for people like you who are looking for ways to earn an income online and start an online business.

Just Because One Thing Works For One Person, Doesn’t Mean It’ll Work For You

Last, but not least, I also learnt this important lesson.

I’ve come across tons of advice online about blogging and ways to make it successful that I actually feel like it’s hindered my progress to some extent. I’ve jumped from one advice to another just implementing different strategies without really allowing myself time to begin mastering any of them.

So I’ve had to teach myself to drown out all the noise.

I learnt that it’s more important to test things out for myself and see what works and what doesn’t.

There’s nothing wrong with listening to the advice of others, but it’s vital not to feel compelled to follow the advice of everyone. Cause what has worked for one blogger may not work for you.

For example, a lot of bloggers recommend using Pinterest to get blog traffic, however, Pinterest may not be where your niche audience spends their time. As a result, you could end up spending weeks/months trying to master Pinterest when it doesn’t fit your niche.

My Goals For 2018

So, based on the things I learnt about blogging and making money online this year, I’ve created some goals which I aim to implement in 2018 to further grow my blog and my business/income.

I don’t plan on sharing any real specific goals here, such as the number of page views I want by the end of the year, the number of Pinterest followers or the amount of $ I want to earn. My goals are more about my intentions for the coming year.

Goal #1: Be More Focused

One of my top goals in 2018 is to be more focused. And to be honest, this doesn’t just apply to my blog/business, it also applies to my life in general.

I’m the kind of person that jumps from one thing to the next. Even in my offline job, I’m jumping from one pharmacy job to the next. Don’t get me wrong, I like being able to work in different pharmacies and meet new people, and I feel it’s really developed my skills as a person. But as you can see, there’s an overall lack of focus.

So this coming year, I will actively work on developing a more focused mind, as well as a more focused schedule to build my blog and business.

Goal #2: Create specific goals for the year

If you’ve had some experience setting goals, then you’ve probably heard about SMART goals. This is a really popular way to set specific goals to help achieve an outcome.

Specific

Measurable

Achievable

Realistic

Time-bound

I plan to use this guideline often to help achieve my goals. You can also learn more about SMART goals from this article.

Additionally, I’ve made it an intention of mine to invest in a planner this year. I personally find it easier to have specific goals and tasks written down, compared to reading them online. So after a bit of research, I went ahead and actually purchased 2 planners on Amazon and I’m looking forward to using them to effectively work on my goals.

Why 2?

Well, Planner 1 is specifically geared towards bloggers and solopreneurs, so a lot of the content will be very useful to me. I had a chance to look inside before purchasing and I could already see the value in a planner like this. (My order is currently on it’s way to me).

It’s not just a planner either, there’s actionable content available to read through to further help you conquer your goals. Complete with 246 pages, so definitely packed full of the value.

It’s also a planner created by one of my favourite bloggers Meera Kothand. She always provides value, and this planner shows it.

Planner 2 is non-blogger specific, and better suited to life goals. There’s a lot of motivational aspects in this planner too which I feel will give me much needed boosts. It’s a bit more expensive (now currently on sale!), but in my opinion, I think the investment is worth the value I will get out of it by the end of the year.

Both planners are available to purchase on Amazon, and of course, you can always purchase digital planners online, but my personal preference is paperback.

Goal #3: Create a blogging schedule

This is a task which I’ve generally found difficult over the past year, as there are some days when I really lack the motivation to write. But, just like a “regular” job, I need to get things done, even if I’m not in the mood…otherwise I’m limiting my growth and my success.

Using the planners above, I will devise a more consistent blogging schedule. And my blogging schedule won’t be specifically about creating/publishing new posts only, it could also be updating previous content, creating social media posts, learning new skills etc.

Goal #4: Quality Over Quantity

As much as I feel it’s important to stick to a regular blog posting schedule, I also believe that my content should be of value.

I don’t want to create something for you just for the sake of putting out content. I’m all about giving value to my readers. Not just through my blog, but through my emails as well.

Goal #5: Stay Organised

There are a few tips I’ll be using to stay organised in 2018.

Planners – As mentioned above, I have planners which I will use to stay organised with my blogging/MMO schedule. ==> Here’s a list of my Top 3 Best Planners for Entrepreneurs

Folders/Binders – I find that I work better when I have paper and notes in front of me, rather than on a computer screen. This was the case when I was studying at Uni too. So I’ve currently got a few folders which I’ve labelled for specific topics. When I come across PDF downloads worth printing, I’ll add them to their corresponding folders. I feel this will allow me to keep my notes and resources more organised.

Gmail Labels – Gmail allows you to separate/organise your emails using Labels. So, recently I started creating labels for my favourite bloggers, and for any courses/free downloads I signed up for. This way I can stay up to date with my favourite bloggers, and also keep an eye on the emails that are most important for me.

Goal #6: Solve Real Problems

I want to work on providing solutions to real problems that you’re facing and to tackle topics which may not have been discussed enough elsewhere.

This also ties in with the goal of creating more quality content.

Goal #7: Find New Bloggers/Blog posts That Inspire Me

I want to be more present in the community and one way to do that is by interacting with new bloggers and sharing the posts that inspired me to achieve/do something.

I even plan on sharing my favourite bloggers/blog post of the week in the newsletter, to share other quality content that’s worth reading. Hopefully, that’ll become useful to you too.

My Final Thoughts

Thanks for taking the time to read my honest perspective on the things I learnt about blogging and making money online in 2017, and my outlook regarding the future ahead.

I don’t claim to have it all figured out yet, but this past year has been an excellent learning experience for me, especially as it’s the year I decided to really focus on my blog.

Creating this blog post has also really helped evaluate the things I have accomplished so far, as well as the things I’d like to improve on. And I hope it’s also given you some tips and tools to help you work towards achieving your own goals.

So for now, I’ll close this post by saying “bring on 2018!”

12 Legitimate Ways To Make Money Online Without Taking Surveys

Want To Read This Later? Enter Your Best Email For  Instant Access To The PDF Download!

Believe it or not, it is actually possible to make money online legitimately, and in this post, I want to share with you 13 ways to make money online…WITHOUT taking surveys.

There are many scammers and “gurus” out there that promise to help you make 6 figures in no times. But the truth is that is not the case.

Although it’s 100% possible to make money online, it requires you to be dedicated and to take your time to master the different money making methods.

1) Blogging

Blogging has recently become one of the most talked about ways to make money online, but it’s important to note that you won’t make money immediately with this method.

It requires time, dedication and hard work to start earning a profit.

[alert-announce] Do you want to make money online blogging but don’t know how to start?

Then check out my ultimate guide to starting a blog on a budget.

[/alert-announce]

There are a number of ways you can make money from a blog, such as:

  • Affiliate Marketing

This is one of the most common ways to monetise your blog. Affiliate Marketing allows you to promote products on your blog and earn a commission when your readers make a purchase.

  • Adsense/Advertising

You can ads place on your blog and you get to earn money when your readers click on the ads. The most common option to start advertising with is through Adsense. But there are some other options available such as Media.net

  • Email Marketing

With email marketing, you need to provide value on your blog and encourage users to sign up to your email list. Then you can start sending emails to your subscribers and use this as a way to promote products/services. But you need to make sure your priority is to provide value, otherwise, your readers will unsubscribe from your list.

  • Create an online course

Online courses can be created on sites such as Teachable. You can charge for the course and sell it on your blog.

  • Advertise your skills/services

You can provide a page on your blog where you advertise your skills and charge for your services. For example, if you’re really good at Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), then you can advertise your skills and charge a rate for anyone who’s interested.

  • Sponsored posts

This is another popular way to monetise your blog. You can reach out to brands within your niche and offer to create a blog post and get paid to publish. It’s also possible for brands to reach out to you for sponsored posts.

2) Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate Marketing is a great option for anyone looking to make a genuine income online.

It’s also a good entry point for beginners because it doesn’t require any inventory or high start-up costs. It’s even possible to get started with no money.

There are 4 key steps to Affiliate Marketing:

1) Choose an interest

With Affiliate Marketing you can create a business based on your passions. So have a think about what interests you. A hobby, or something that gets you excited and motivated when you think about it. There are so many different ideas that you could potentially tap into online.

When you choose a passion, success is much more likely to follow

2) Build a website

Nowadays it’s easier than ever to build a website. I personally recommend going self-hosted and owning your own blog. But if you’re completely new to online marketing, and no money, then you may want to get started with a free website.

A website is important because it’s going to be the foundation of your business.

3) Attract visitors

Your goal before you try to earn money with your new website is to focus on getting actual people to visit your website, because, without people, you have no business. Some ways you can attract visitors is through search engines and social media.

4) Earn revenue

Once you’ve got your audience, you can promote products and services through affiliate programs. Because of these programs, you can promote just about anything, and you can earn a commission when your visitor makes a purchase.

In my opinion, the best way to apply Affiliate Marketing is through a website/blog. However, you may not want to keep up with the needs of maintaining a website. If that’s the case, it’s still possible to make money with Affiliate Marketing, without a website.

If you’d like to earn with Affiliate Marketing then be sure to take a look at my #1 recommended training platform for beginners.

It’s 100% FREE to join, and you learn the basics of getting started with affiliate marketing. [/alert-announce]

3) eCommerce

make money online ecommerceeCommerce involves selling products online through an online store. These can be physical products or digital products.

There are a number of platforms available that allow you to sell products online.

eBay

This is a very popular way that people make money online selling products. It’s easy to get started with eBay, and you can join for free. It’s a great place to sell any used items you have around the house, and you can use this opportunity to learn how the website works. Then you can start to consider purchasing products to resell.

My first experience of eBay was back in 2014, where I sold an official Apple iPad cover. It sold within a few hours, and that was the first time I ever made money online. Soon after I started selling my used items online, then went on to resell products. So this is definitely an option worth considering if you’re looking for legit ways to make money online.

Amazon

A similar platform to eBay where you can sell new and used items. I personally think it’s better for selling new items. You can consider setting up a Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA) store.

This is becoming a well-known way to make money online with Amazon. Although I’ve sold on Amazon before I’m not too familiar with setting up an FBA store. If you’re looking for a good beginners guide then I recommend reading this complete guide

Etsy

With Etsy, you can earn money online selling handmade items. If you’re really creative and enjoy making arts & crafts, then this may be the perfect option for you. There are users selling anything from Jewellery, to handbags, to WordPress themes, to resume templates.

So it’s possible you’ll find a product you can sell for yourself. Take a look at the site and see what options might fit your expertise.

Shopify

The options listed above involve you selling on a third party platform, and paying fees to list your products. However, with Shopify, you get to build your own online store and keep more of the profits.

Shopify offers a 14-day FREE trial, which is a great way to see if your own online store is the best option for you. This platform can also be used to sell digital products.

4) Dropshipping

Dropshipping is very similar to building an eCommerce store, except the main difference is that you don’t keep any inventory.

The aim of dropshipping is to list your items on an eCommerce platform, then when you make a sale, you purchase the product from your supplier, then the supplier ships the item directly to your buyer. The image below should help make it easier to understand:

Drop shipping can be done on sites such as eBay, Amazon and on your own Shopify store.

With Shopify, you can use a program called Orbelo, which is specifically designed for building a dropshipping business.

They also offer a lot of valuable information on their blog about starting a drop shipping business, finding the best suppliers and choosing what products to dropship. Take a look at some of their guides below:

I also recommend that you get access to the FREE online training to help you start a profitable drop shipping store. Additionally, there’s a super helpful course on Udemy, if you’d prefer to start dropshipping on eBay.

Note: There is currently a huge sale on Udemy, so the price you see on the site may be higher or lower at the time you visit.

5) Freelancing

make money online freelancingFreelancing is a good way to make money online using the skills you have. You can pretty much turn any skill you have into a freelancing business. Some popular examples include:

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Transcription
  • Web Design
  • Web Development
  • Graphic Design

There are different ways you can promote your freelancing services and earn an income online, such as:

Upwork

This site allows you to search for work in your expertise and reach out to the different clients in order to make a proposal on the job. You should initially work on building your Upwork profile and perfecting it so that it can be approved by the Upwork team. Include all the relevant skills you have, as well as a portfolio of your work to back it up.

Here’s a really good beginners guide which is worth checking out.

Fiverr

With this platform, you can list your services as gigs on the site, and buyers will purchase from you. This is an easier platform to get started with because you don’t need to have your account approved, and you can start uploading gigs right away.

When creating gigs, I recommend including as many photos as you can to showcase your skill, and to also include a relevant video to your gig. These things will boost your chance of people purchasing from you.

If you’re new to Fiverr and looking for an in-depth beginner guide, then be sure to take a look at this.

 Create a “Hire Me Page”

Additionally, you can also list on your services on your website by creating a “Hire Me Page”, and get clients to make a booking/get a quote via that page.

6) Teach & Sell An Online Course

Teaching an online course is another great way to make money using your skills. You can create a course related to your skills and sell them on online teaching platforms.

The sites listed below are great for getting your content seen by thousands of potential students.

Udemy

A very popular marketplace for buying and selling online courses. I’ve purchased a number of courses from this site and if your content is valuable enough, you can potentially make some really good money here.

If you’ve got the skills, then sharing those skill on Udemy is definitely worth considering.

(New customer offer: Get $10 (£10) on all courses for 24 hours when you sign up through this link)

Skillshare

As Skillshare is a subscription-based platform, their payment structure works slightly differently to Udemy. Instead of choosing your own prices for each course you upload, you earn royalties based on the number of minutes watched by premium Skillshare members.

You can also earn money by bringing in new premium members to Skillshare. One way to do this is by promoting your course, which will, in turn, promote the Skillshare platform. In order for users to access your course, they would need to sign up as a premium member. Paid memberships are $7/month, with 1 month FREE.

Teachable

This allows you to create a course which you can advertise on your blog. You can offer free courses and well as paid courses.

It’s FREE to get started, and there are paid options too if you need to upgrade your account.

When creating your courses you can set your own prices too, and there’s a range of valuable information available on the Teachable blog to help you boost your earning potential.

7) Test Websites/Mobile Apps

One of my favourite ways to make money online is by testing out websites and mobile apps. You can get paid $3-$15 to test on any of the websites listed below, and they’re all FREE to join. Most tests will last between 5-20 minutes.

Usertesting

This is my main go-to place for testing websites. Tests are quite regular and you can do tests on your desktop, laptop and/or mobile.

You can expect to earn $3-15 depending on the test.

Once you’ve completed a test, you can expect to be paid the following week via Paypal.

Whatusersdo

Another popular site for testing websites. You can expect to earn £5 per test and be paid via Paypal

Userbrain

I’ve done a few tests on this site and was able to cash out $15 within a few hours. They pay $3 per test, and you need to use your own video recorder to do the tests, as they don’t have their own screen recorder. Most computers/laptops will have a built-in recorder.

Ferpection

This site is quite different to other sites I used because you don’t need to record your screen to complete the tests. You just need to snap screenshots of the webpage you’re testing, then provide written feedback.

It’s a french based site, so you can change the text from English to French and vice versa.

You can expect to earn 5-10 euros per test, and once you’ve reached 20 euros you can request a payout. Payment is made via Paypal on the last Friday of each month.

Usertest.io

Similar to the site listed above, you can expect to earn £8 ($10) per review.

8) Mobile Apps

make money online with mobile appsAn easy way to earn some extra money online is to make use of mobile apps. I recommend finding a few you like to use the most and use them as often as you can to make the most money.

You’ll find that most of these apps are simple and easy to use, and they don’t require much effort to make money from.

Below is a list of some of the apps I use as well as other popular apps you can earn from (feel free to use my referral codes/links when signing up too, for extra bonuses)

Receipt Hog

This app allows you to earn coins for scanning your grocery receipts. Once you earn a certain number of coins you can convert them into cash, which you can redeem via Paypal.

Here’s my full review + payment proof

Perk

This is a popular app which allows you to make money watching videos, completing offers and playing games/quizzes. You can also earn by doing surveys, but since this post isn’t about surveys, then you can avoid this option on the site. You can complete the tasks on your phone through the app, and/or on your desktop.

You earn Perk points, and those points can be converted into cash and/or gift cards. Payments can be made via Paypal. I was able to earn $20 passively just by using the PerkTV part of the app. So if you incorporate all the earning options, you can make more.

Referral code: Enter a1d31fa1 or click this link

SlicethePie

This is a site/app that allows you to earn money for reviewing music, fashion and other products. It’s FREE to join and so easy to get started. When starting out don’t expect to earn much per review. I started off earning only $0.08 a review. But once you build your profile you can expect to earn $0.20-0.30 per review and more.

You can also complete reviews on the desktop version.

There are also times when they offer bonuses, which you’ll receive emails for. The review are quick, and don’t require too much effort.

Here’s my full review + payment proof.

Voxpopme

With this app, you get to earn money by answering questions and provide a video response. You can get started right away, and with each response, you can earn from £0.25. Once you reach £10 you can cash out via Paypal.

Just be aware that your video response may be used internally for research and insight, and/or publicly on the web and social media So just make sure you’re happy with that before submitting any responses.

Click here to sign up. (Earn an extra £1 when you sign up through my link)

Swagbucks

If you’ve been looking for ways to make money online, you’ve most likely come across Swagbucks. You can earn via your desktop/laptop as well as through the mobile app. It’s similar to Perk because there are multiple ways to earn with this app.

You can complete offers, watch videos, make online purchases for cashback, search online, and play games.

Click here to sign up. (Earn a 500SB points bonus when you sign up through my link. 300SB when you earn your first 300SB, and 200SB when you spend £25 through shop & earn)

Google Opinion Rewards

This is another app I use often, and you get to earn Google Play store credits when you complete short surveys. It is only available for Android devices.

Although you don’t get to earn cash, you can earn a decent amount of credits which you can redeem for books, games, music etc, in the Google Play store.

Here’s my full review.

9) Matched Betting

If you’re from the UK and over 18, then one of my most recommended legit ways to make money online is Matched Betting.

If you’re not familiar with Matched Betting, then it’s basically a method of betting where you place bets on all outcomes of a sporting event using free bet offers from bookmakers in order to make a profit.

Here’s my full beginners guide.

I’ve been Matched Betting for 1.5yrs and it’s been one of my main sources of online income.

The good news is you don’t have to know anything about sports to get involved.

Before I started Matched Betting I’d never placed a bet in my life and I never had any interest in sports.

Despite this, I was still able to earn £150 in my first 2 weeks. So this goes to show that complete beginners can earn with this method.

You can get started right now with a FREE trial with my recommended program for Matched Betting beginners. With this trial, you can earn up to £45. (I was able to earn £11 in my first 24 hours, and £35 with the trial)

Update: Limited Time Only – Get 7 Days of FULL Access for only £1

10) Online Shopping

This is an option you may not have considered before, but you can actually earn money when you shop online. When you make a purchase via one of the sites listed below, you get a percentage of that purchase as cashback. The more you shop online, the more you’ll earn, but I would recommend you stick to your usual spending habits.

Topcashback

This is my go-to cashback site and one I recommend the most. You can earn cashback on thousands of sites. Not only can you earn cash, but you can redeem your earnings for gift cards and travel rewards.

Quidco

It’s very similar to Topcashback, and another great cashback site to earn from. If I can’t find anything on TCB, then I’ll head over to Quidco.

Ebates

This one is just like the first two sites but is available to US citizens.

11) Social Media

Earning money with Social Media can be a great way to earn some extra income online. There are some people using it to earn a full-time income online.

The best way to earn with Social media is to become an Influencer. When you’re someone that people trust, then you’re likely to get users to follow your suggestions.

You should work on growing your social media following and providing value. You don’t need to have the biggest following to make money with social media, but you should have an engaged follower base.

The main social accounts to earn money online from are:

  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • Pinterest
  • Instagram
  • Tumblr

You can earn by using sites dedicated to helping you monetise your social media accounts, such as:

LinkiLike

With this site, you can share content on social media and earn money with each piece of content you share. Connect all your social media accounts, and you’ll get notified by email when there is new content to be shared. It’s a Dutch site, so the earnings are in euros. Once you reach 10 euros you can request a payout via Paypal.

SocialPubli

Here you earn money by sharing content on your social media. However, the cash out threshold is really high at $100. Payments can be made via bank transfer and cheque.

Adf.ly

This website is a site that converts your link into an adf.ly link. When a visitor clicks on the link they have to view an ad for at least 5 seconds before gaining access to the main content on the link you share.

If you have lots of engaged followers you can share your link, and the more engagement/clicks you get the more you can earn. I’ve seen a few social media accounts use this method, so it’s definitely worth considering if you have a lot of active followers. And the minimum payout is only $5.

Izea

You get access to different content which you can bid for in order to take part in that task. When you sign up, you should connect all your social media accounts. Based on your interests you’ll receive a list of campaigns.

You can then send a pitch for why you’ll be suitable for a particular campaign, and once you’re approved then you need to complete the task. It’s FREE to join, but there are also paid upgrades.

Boostinsider

Similar to Izea, you can pick campaigns that fit your social media following and share your link on your accounts. The more engagement you get, the more money you can earn. The cash out threshold is $10.

Unlike Izea, you don’t need to bid or send a proposal to promote the links. However, there aren’t always many campaigns available, so it can take a while to reach payout.

Here’s my full review + payment proof

Fiverr

If you have a large social following you can advertise promotion services on Fiverr. For example, you can offer to share a product or service to you 10,000 twitter followers for $5.

You can also add gig upgrades to earn more with your social account. Take a look at some of these Fiverr examples:

12) Making Online Searches

Qmee

With Qmee you can make money online just searching the web. It’s an extension which you add to your internet browser, and when you make a search on Google, Amazon on eBay, you can earn some extra cash online.

You can also earn with surveys, but as this post is focused on no surveys, then the search feature is still available. Payments are made via Paypal.

You can also download the mobile app to earn cash rewards, money-saving coupons and price comparison deals.

Here’s my review + payment proof. (Earn an extra 50p when you sign up through my link and make your first Paypal cashout).

Source: kevinfahey.net

Kevin is a successful online marketer who has got quite a lot of credibility as he already has a number of online products which offer good value, and he continues to provide more products.

He doesn’t hide from his products, instead, he’s at the forefront. This is something I find very encouraging, cause it gives me confidence that the owner wants to provide real value to his customers.

You can even contact him via his Facebook page. When I sent him a message, I received a response within 24 hours, so he’s definitely there for any support you may need.

Who is it for?

IM Newbie is for those of you who:

  • Have some experience with Internet Marketing, but are still quite new (I wouldn’t encourage complete beginners because some of the training isn’t the most newbie friendly in my opinion)
  • Are ready to take action and invest your time into this program

Who is it NOT For?

  • Anyone looking for a “get rich quick” scheme, as this is not that type of program
  • Those looking for real beginner training. This is a good and in-depth program, but I don’t think it covers enough of the basics to call it a truly beginner program.

[alert-announce]Take a look at my #1 recommended course for total beginners. It’s FREE to join![/alert-announce]

Pros

  • Affordable – The main course is only $9.95, which I feel is very affordable for the amount of value you’re getting
  • You don’t need to promote the product in order to earn money – This program is geared towards you promoting different affiliate offers and growing your email list. So you don’t need to resell this program to earn an income
  • Can contact the owner – You can get in contact with the owner either via the support desk or through Facebook.
  • Access to Facebook Group – You get instant access to the Facebook group where you can interact with other users of the IM Newbie program, and get further support and guidance.

Cons

  • No Free Trial
  • Need to purchase the upsell products to really learn how to earn a sustainable income with this method – You can earn money with this method if you follow the steps and take action, but I don’t feel the main product is enough to help you sustain an income and scale your business. You would need to purchase the upsells to gain access to that.
  • Too many upsells – I understand that programs like this will have upsells, but I feel there are too many. I think the whole program would have been better if it included some of the upsells and they were sold as a full product, with a monthly fee or a higher one-time price. It would make things a lot easier for beginners if everything is all in one place and easier to navigate.

IM Newbie vs My #1 Recommendation

I am currently an active member of Wealthy Affiliate and I personally like to recommend this program because it provides you with the real basics when it comes to affiliate marketing. As a beginner, you get access to the right tools and training to really help you get started.

Although I think IM Newbie is a valuable program, there is definitely room for improvement. It needs to be a lot more basic to really help beginner marketers as I feel that some of the modules covered, such as PHP admin, FTP, split testing, will be confusing to someone who is a complete newbie.

With Wealthy Affiliate, you get to start with the very basics, and each training module has actionable steps to help you keep track of your progress. Furthermore, pretty much all the tools you need are included in the platform, such as Keyword tool, web hosting, domain registration, training, support, etc.

Take a look at my quick comparison table below:

SPECIAL WEALTHY AFFILIATE BONUS

If you join me at Wealthy Affiliate, as a special bonus you’ll get your first premium month for only $19. That’s over 63% discount. It’s a great way to really test out the premium membership and see if Wealthy Affiliate is for you.

However, you can always get started with the FREE membership first.

Final Thoughts

If you’re a beginner looking for a program to help you earn an income online then IM Newbie offers a lot of value and actionable training to help those of you with some experience of Affiliate Marketing, especially for the price.

But there’s a lot of advanced aspects that may be daunting for a beginner who’s never done any marketing online before.

So, if you’re a complete beginner, then I personally recommend checking out Wealthy Affiliate. This is the program I used when I first started out, which takes you through the very basics and includes many of the tools you’ll need all in one place.

Overall, I hope I’ve provided enough information in this IM Newbie review to help you make an informed decision before joining.
